Hi everyone!

We wanted something more challenging and thought hey, why don't we bake a cake?

A friend of ours asked if we could do a Harley cake so that's the first we started off to do. I have to say, after a day of baking - I salute all those bakers out there. It is hard work. It requires concentration. It requires to think fast when your fondant figurines start sliding off to one side or if the head of your Thomas the Tank Engine is too big for its body. Haha!

And it was a good workout. Heck - it can even give you arm cramps you know! :p So maybe we can enter baking as another Extreme Sporting Activity!

We made a Harley cake, two Thomas cakes, a Bed cake and a blue gift box cake.

Check em out!

Well, it has been a while. But it doesn't mean we've stopped baking! But after baking, we often forget to take pictures of our latest creation.. which is a shame and definitely not good for this webbie!

But we promise to try harder next time!

We leave you with this...

The Other Baker made this in the midst of our busy cookie week. It brings a smile to my face just looking at it and looks too good to eat ;p

A couple of weeks ago we went to a birthday party of the daughter of one of our good friends. Mya is her name. I just love the baby names I hear these days. They're so gorgeously chosen! I hope I have a baby girl one day so I can give her a sweet name as well :) Amin.

We made her a box full of baby onesie cookies in pink and blue. It was our present to the lil one-year-old birthday celebrant and thanks to Mya's mummy we can post up a picture of the box of goodies.

Enjoy!
